2025 – Grease

It’s 1959 at Rydell High School, Danny Zuko and Sandy Dumbrowski’s summer romance is put to the test when they unexpectedly reunite on the first day of school. One of the longest running shows on Broadway (and made even more popular with the 1978 film), GREASE is a celebration of rock n’ roll, American teen culture, and the 1950s. Having been nominated for countless awards, and featuring songs such as: You’re the One That I Want, Greased Lightnin’, Hopelessly Devoted to You, Summer Nights, and There Are Worse Things I Could Do, GREASE is sure to get you feeling electrified. 2025 – My Fair Lady

One of the greatest musicals of all time, My Fair Lady (based on George Bernard Shaw’s play Pygmalion) tells the story of Cockney flower-girl Eliza Doolittle and Professor Henry Higgins who takes a bet that he can pass her off as a lady within 6 months. Made famous by Julie Andrews and Rex Harrison, My Fair Lady has won many awards and broken many records since it’s Broadway debut in 1956. The music is universally known and loved and includes timeless songs such as: Wouldn’t It Be Loverly, With A Little Bit Of Luck, The Rain In Spain, I Could Have Danced All Night, On The Street Where You Live and Get Me To The Church On Time. Gypsy – 2024

Vaudeville acts may be dying out in 1920s USA theaters, but that doesn’t stop relentless and ambitious stagemother Rose from dragging her young daughters Baby June and Louise across the country in search of stardom. With her favourite child outgrowing the precocious persona and their saccharine homegrown performances going out of style, Rose’s craving for success is soon threatened. Not only is burlesque becoming the hottest new act in town - but her daughters are about to begin seeking independence from their domineering mother…Based on the real-life fame of American burlesque superstar Gypsy Rose Lee, and with lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, music by Jule Styne and book by Arthur Laurents, Gypsy changed music theatre forever with its daring story, genre-breaking style, innovative structure, and complex compelling characters. The famous score includes “Everything’s Coming Up Roses”, “Some People, “Let Me Entertain You” and “Together Wherever We Go”, and the dramatic challenges of portraying the wealth of unique and dynamic theatre-world characters, Herbie’s heartbreak, June and Tulsa’s emancipation, Louise’ evolution or the literally show-stopping finale of “Rose’s Turn” has made this a classic musical that is high on most performers’ bucket lists…

All Shook Up – 2023

The music of Elvis comes alive in All Shook Up. Inspired by Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, All Shook Up follows a small Midwestern town that is thrown into a frenzy with the arrival of Chad, a good-looking, motorcycle-riding roustabout, who rides from town to town with a guitar on his back, blue suede shoes on his feet, and a song in his heart. Repressed by their conservative mayor, the town begins to come alive once more under Chad’s influence. Lovers meet, woo, pursue, and more, all in one zany night that will change the town forever. All Shook Up is a rocking, heartwarming tale about following dreams, opening up to love, and the power of music.

The Producers – 2019

Based on the 1968 film, Mel Brooks' musical The Producers is a laugh-out-loud, outrageous, crowd-pleasing farce that has been a smash hit since its 2001 debut. It ran for more than 6 years on Broadway and won an un-precedented 12 Tony Awards, a record that still stands today.
Fading Broadway producer Max Bialystock is desperate to get to the top of his profession again, and he finds an unlikely ally in mousey accountant Leo Bloom, who hypothesises that one could make far more money with a flop of a show than with a hit. Together, the two set out to produce the worst musical ever to hit Broadway, with the worst script, the worst director, and the worst cast they can find; they will raise two million dollars to finance the show, take the money and head to Rio when the show inevitably closes after just one performance. Too bad for Bialystock and Bloom that, against all odds, the show is a total hit!
With many great songs by Mel Brooks including: I Wanna Be A Producer, Keep It Gay, and the show-stopping Springtime For Hitler, The Producers is hilarious, light-hearted entertainment that guarantees you lots of laughs and a smile on your face as you leave.

Anything Goes – 2016

Cole Porter's classic and hilarious musical Anything Goes has been entertaining and delighting audiences for decades. Now you have the opportunity to enjoy the wit of author P.G. Wodehouse and the many great songs of Cole Porter - I Get A Kick Out Of You, You're The Top, It's De-Lovely, You'd Be So Easy To Love, Blow Gabriel Blow and of course the title song Anything Goes.
When the ocean liner S.S. American sets sail from New York to London, etiquette and convention are thrown out the portholes, as unlikely duos set off on the course to true love …. proving that sometimes destiny needs a little help from a crew of singing sailors, evangelical angels, a notorious line up of passengers and some good old-fashioned blackmail.
This stunning nautical favourite features the outstanding singing and choreography we are renowned for, with some of the best tap-dancing you are likely to see. The most recent Broadway revival won three Tony Awards, including Best Musical Revival and Best Choreography. So come and join us at The Whitehorse Centre in October as we take this Cole Porter classic on a journey like no other.
